Who we are

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to prepare your proof, put together your quote, make and deliver your order, and answer you.

• Your contact details when you request a proof or a quote: first name, email, and phone number if you give it.
• Your request: design, printed names and date, text, colors, options, quantity, wedding date, and the project you describe.
• Your logo or artwork, if you attach it to your request.
• Your WhatsApp messages, if you contact us that way: phone number, profile name, and content.
• Order information: approved proof, shipping and billing addresses, and our exchanges with you.

We never receive your full card number: card payments are processed by Stripe.

No cookies

The website does not set any cookies. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies or personal identifiers: we only see overall figures (page views, country, device type). Your customizer settings stay in your browser and only reach us when you send a request. Because we do not track you across websites, there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" signal to switch off.

How we use it

• To prepare your proof and quote, and to answer your questions.
• To make, ship, and follow up on your order.
• To keep our accounting records and meet our legal obligations.

We do not send you marketing messages without your consent.

Who receives it

• The teams that make and print the fans on our behalf: print file, quantities, and shipping address.
• The carrier: name, address, and phone number for delivery.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts the website and stores requests and attached files in a private storage space.
• Resend, Inc. (United States), which delivers request emails and their copies.
• Stripe, when you pay by card: the information needed to process the payment.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there.
• Google LLC (United States), for the typefaces loaded from fonts.googleapis.com: your IP address is sent to Google when the website is displayed.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

• Requests that do not lead to an order: 12 months after our last exchange.
• Orders: for the length of our relationship, then 5 years.
• Accounting records: 10 years.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Requests and files we receive are accessible only to the people who handle them. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will review it again.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you specific rights.

• What we collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address), customer records (shipping and billing addresses), commercial information (your requests and orders), and the content you send us (text, logos, artwork, messages). These come from you directly, and are used and shared only as described above.
• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to receive a copy of it.
• Right to delete your personal information, subject to the exceptions the law provides, such as records we must keep.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
• Sensitive personal information: we do not use or disclose it for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it.
• No discrimination: you will not receive a different price or service for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will confirm your identity by matching the details you give with those we hold, and we answer within 45 days. You can also use an authorized agent, who must show us your signed permission.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update it on this page with a new date.
