About these terms

These terms govern orders for personalized fans placed with LING GROUP LLC, doing business as Wedding Fans, by individuals or businesses. The seller's details appear in the legal notice. Approving and paying for a proof means you accept these terms, which you can read and save on this page at any time.

The approved proof and the payment receipt are sent to you by email and serve as the record of your order.

Products

Our fans are folding fans with bamboo sticks and a paper or fabric leaf, printed in one ink color according to the design chosen, the names, date, and text provided by the customer, and the options selected (engraving, tassel, cord, packaging).

Previews, photos, and colors shown on the website are for illustration only: a screen cannot reproduce the exact shades of fabrics, papers, and inks. The approved proof and the quote prevail.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars, before tax. The price shown by the customizer reflects the quantity, design, and options chosen at the time of the request; it is carried over unchanged to the proof and changes only if the customer changes the quantity, design, or options. Shipping is added according to quantity: the amount appears in the customizer's total breakdown, then on the proof. Any customs duties or import taxes are confirmed with the proof. The minimum order is 50 fans.

Requests, proofs, and orders

The customer designs a fan on the website, or describes a custom request through the form, by email, or by message. A free proof is sent within 24 business hours, with two rounds of revisions included; beyond that, we discuss it before charging anything. Nothing is made before the proof is approved in writing and payment is received.

The customer checks the proof for the spelling of the names, the date, the text, and the colors. An error that appears on an approved proof does not entitle the customer to a free replacement.

The customer confirms that they hold the rights to any logos, artwork, and text they ask us to print, and agrees to hold us harmless from any claim arising from that content.

Payment

The customer can pay online when placing the request, by card through Stripe, or after approving the proof, by card (secure payment link) or bank transfer. In every case, production starts only after the proof is approved in writing and payment is received.

Timing and delivery

Production and delivery times are shown on the website and on the proof, and run from approval and payment. They are estimates. Delivery is made to the address given by the customer. We recommend ordering at least six weeks before the wedding date.

On receipt, the customer reports any damage or missing items within 48 hours, with photos.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

A request can be canceled at no cost as long as the proof has not been approved and paid for. Because each fan is made to order with the customer's names and choices, approved orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except for fans that are defective or do not match the approved proof.

Warranty and claims

A fan that is defective or does not match the approved proof is replaced or refunded after review. This is our only warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not responsible for differences in appearance inherent to printing techniques and materials, for errors that appear on an approved proof, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your state does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute is brought before the competent state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
