How to choose your wedding fans
| Fabric | Paper | |
|---|---|---|
| Printing | Front only | Front, back optional |
| Fan colors | 18 | 16 |
| Sticks | Natural or black bamboo, 21 cm (8.3 in) or 23 cm (9 in) | |

Bamboo or wooden fans
Bamboo is light and flexible: it folds without breaking and sits comfortably in the hand all through the ceremony. Natural or black sticks, 21 cm (8.3 in) or 23 cm (9 in) long. Wooden fans, printed or cut-out, are made on request.
Fan and ink colors
Fan: white, ivory, pale yellow, mustard, orange, red, pink, fuchsia, mauve, lavender, sky blue, teal, seafoam, green, lime green, black, burgundy, blush pink, purple, eggplant, azure blue, turquoise, navy blue, sage green. Ink: black, white, gold, silver, navy blue, burgundy, sage green, terracotta, blush pink. Choose the fan color the way you would choose invitation paper, and the ink like a signature. For a wedding full of flowers, look at Peonies, Poppies, Vintage Roses, or Cherry Blossom.
Printing and engraving
The design and your text are printed in a single ink color, for a crisp line. Gold and silver are hot-foil stamped and catch the light. As an option, text laser-engraved on the outer guard, with no ink: it rests in the palm of the hand and never wears off.
Wedding fans in bulk: how many for your guests, and at what price?
One fan per guest, plus 10% for last-minute additions. Prices for fabric fans with no extras, before tax, with the 10% online discount and shipping within the United States included.

Wedding Fans is a small wedding stationery house, not a marketplace. We draw the designs, prepare every proof, and check it before sending it to you. You write to a real person, by email or WhatsApp, and that same person writes back.
How to display wedding fans on the day
Set a fan on every chair before the ceremony: your guests find it as they sit down, and the first thing they do is open it. You hear the fans unfold, row after row. For an outdoor cocktail hour in the sun, a basket by the entrance is all you need. At dinner, tucked beside each plate in its bag, it becomes the thing everyone takes home.

Wedding fans FAQ
What are the best hand fans for a wedding?
Folding bamboo fans are the classic choice: light, sturdy, and easy to slip into a bag after the ceremony. We make two kinds, on natural or black bamboo, 21 cm (8.3 in) or 23 cm (9 in) long: fabric, softer and more durable, printed on the front; and paper, printed on both sides, so a note can wait for your guests on the back. Wooden, lace, or organza fans are made on request.
How much do wedding fans cost?
For 100 fabric fans with no extras, $3.47 before tax each with the online order discount. The price drops as the quantity grows, from $6.08 before tax between 50 and 99 fans to $2.14 before tax from 800 fans. Engraving, tassel, cord, and bags are added per fan, and the customizer shows the exact total right away, shipping included.
Where can I buy bulk wedding fans for guests?
Right here, from the people who design them. Order from 50 to 1,000 fans online, all printed with your names, and the price per fan goes down at each tier. You receive a free proof within 24 business hours, before anything is made. For a larger quantity or several designs at one wedding, tell us about your project.
Can we use our own wording, a logo, or order wooden fans?
Yes. The three lines of text are yours to write, and each one is optional: names, date, venue, a short phrase. For a logo, a monogram, a wooden or lace fan, describe your project and we reply within 24 business hours with a quote.
Where does the laser engraving go?
On the outer guard, the stick you hold between your fingers. The laser marks the bamboo without ink, so the text never wears off. You choose the words: your names, the date, or a single word.
How does payment work?
Whichever way you prefer. Pay by card when you order, and production still waits for your approval of the proof. Or pay nothing yet: the proof is free and comes with no obligation, and you pay once you approve it, by card (secure link) or bank transfer. Either way, nothing is made without your written approval.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
Across the United States and to many other countries, by tracked carrier. Shipping depends on the quantity: $26.45 up to 99 fans, $48.30 up to 199, $72.45 up to 499, $141.45 up to 1,000 (before tax). You see it in the customizer total, then on your proof. Order six to eight weeks before the wedding and you can relax.
What if there's a typo in our names?
That's exactly what the proof is for. You get it before anything is made, with two rounds of revisions included: read the names, the date, and the phrase again with fresh eyes. Beyond that, we talk it over before charging anything. A typo left on an approved proof can't be reprinted free of charge.
